The Lost Chambers Aquarium opened in September 2008 and is located in Hotel Atlantis, the Palm on Palm Jumeirah Island. It is one of the world’s top ten most significant aquariums and a landmark tourist attraction in Dubai. The aquarium is also famous for the large Ambassador Lagoon that holds up to 11-million-liter marine habitats and also for the diving experiences that are offered.

Moreover, they offer a myth tour that is conducted every hour, based on the lost city of Atlantis and the thousand marine animals in the tank. Next to each of these tanks are tablets with apps and Bluetooth to facilitate learning more about any particular sea creature. Trained educators offer numerous high-quality educational programs and experiences on an up-close look at sea creatures and how they are taken care of.

Some of these programs are Marine Explorers Programme, Shark Specialist Programme, Dolphin Specialist Programme, Shark Snorkel Programme, Fish tales tour, and Ocean tales. Though the aquarium is open till 9.00 PM, it is best to be there at least by 6.00 or 7.00 PM.
